Jeff Brawley

PRESIDENT & CEO

Jeff Brawley is the founder and president of The Brawley Group, a firm that specializes in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of commercial real estate. Jeff began building his real estate portfolio in 1995 and has grown it to over $100 million in assets consisting primarily of student housing properties.

Kendall Elliott

TEAM EXECUTIVE

Since graduating from Indiana University in 2018, Kendall has worked full-time in the real estate industry. Holding positions in asset management, acquisitions, and sales, she has been able to acquire experience in many different parts of the industry. Kendall is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker.

Skyler Bonneau

DIRECTOR OF CAPITAL RAISE

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Skyler Bonneau is the Director of Investor Relations and Capital Raise at Brawley Capital. Prior to joining Brawley Capital, Skyler worked for a medical consulting company in New York City.

Garry Founds

TEAM LAWYER / LEGAL COUNSEL

Garry Founds is General Counsel to and Vice President of The Brawley Group (TBG). Garry has practiced law for over 20 years in the areas of real estate acquisitions and sales, real estate development, leasing, financing, creditor rights, private offerings, business organization and governance, and general business and corporate law.
