Born and raised on a farm in Southern Indiana, Jeff Brawley learned the values of hard work, commitment, and dedication from a young age. In 1990, he attended Indiana University, where he honed his skills in business operations and management. Armed with his strong work ethic and education, Jeff and two friends took a modest $3,333 each to purchase their first student rental property near Indiana University in 1995. This initial investment marked the beginning of what would become a real estate empire.

Jeff reinvested all proceeds from that first property, steadily acquiring more real estate assets. Today, Jeff has built a diversified portfolio across Single Family, Multi-Family, Self Storage, Medical, Retail, Student Housing, and Commercial sectors, with a total market value exceeding $100 million. Jeff’s deep understanding of the market, especially in the Bloomington, Indiana area, and his ability to grow from humble beginnings to owning a substantial portfolio, showcases his dedication and entrepreneurial spirit.

His company, The Brawley Group, has evolved into a fully vertically integrated real estate firm, providing a comprehensive range of services across the real estate lifecycle. This vertical integration allows Jeff to maintain direct oversight and control over key aspects of his projects, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and streamlined operations.

Brawley Real Estate:

This licensed full-service real estate brokerage specializes in residential, commercial, and investment property transactions. With a niche in investment real estate, Brawley Real Estate serves clients across Indiana, providing site selection, transaction management, and leasing services.

Brawley Property Management:

Established in 2012, BPM manages a wide range of real estate assets, including Multi-Family, Commercial, Self Storage, and Single-Family properties. With over $200 million in assets under management, BPM’s in-house team provides tailored property management services, allowing for hands-on oversight and improved tenant experiences. 

Brawley Property Services: 

Founded in 2015, BPS delivers essential maintenance and repair services to properties managed by BPM, ensuring quick responses to tenant needs while maintaining cost control. Services include general maintenance, HVAC repairs, landscaping, and more.

Brawley Capital:

Established in 1999, Brawley Capital manages syndicate and real estate sector funds with market values ranging from $5 to $60 million. Jeff Brawley oversees all aspects of capital raising, deal sourcing, asset management, and fund distribution, providing investors with opportunities across a diverse portfolio.
