Kendall Elliott is a dynamic real estate professional with extensive ground-up experience in the industry. Kendall began working with Jeff Brawley in 2014. After graduating from Indiana University in 2018, she joined The Brawley Group full-time, where she quickly became an integral part of the company, contributing to the company's growth and expansion.

With a diverse background in asset management, real estate sales, asset fund syndication, and private equity, Kendall has demonstrated her ability to navigate the complexities of the real estate market. She has played a key role alongside the CEO of The Brawley Group in the development of multiple divisions within the company.

As a General Partner in several syndications, Kendall and her team have successfully closed over $40 million in real estate acquisitions. Her commitment to excellence and innovative approach to real estate investment continue to drive success for The Brawley Group and its syndicate stakeholders.
